The Simms Bulkley Jacket in river camo camouflage is a multitalented, storm-resistant fly-fishing jacket that features a 2 layer GORE-TEX shell fabric. This cold and wet weather jacket also features Primaloft Silver Insulation in the body and sleeves to keep you warm while fishing the blustery OP. This jacket was built with Steelheaders and the likes in mind to keep them out on the water for the long haul. The waterproof and breathable Bulkley jacket also features Gore-Tex fabric inside of the hem for deep water wading. The 3 point storm hood is a fabulous feature of this bomber waterproof jacket that will stay put to keep you out on the water longer. The Bulkley Jacket comes standard with a shingled cuff design with an inner cuff that enables you to feel free to get your hands/arms wet when fly-fishing, a very handy addition to this revolutionary Simms Bulkley wading jacket.
