WE OFFER A 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ALL FULL PRICE ITEMS
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from Trouts Fly Fishing. That is why we offer a 30 day return policy on all in-line items that are unused, are in brand new condition, and come with their original tags and packaging. Items that are returned beyond 30 days or that do not have the original receipt will be eligible for Store Credit only. Items returned without their original packaging and tags, or items that have been used are not eligible for return. This policy applies to all products we sell with the exception of special orders.
RETURNS: All returns and exchanges will be at the expense of the buyer and arrangements must be made within 30 days after recieving the item, or at the descretion of the Platte River Fly Shop for any errors made on our behalf. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Platte River Fly Shop cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
Please keep all packing materials and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be serviced or returned for any reason.
Before returning any product your must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase. You may obtain this number by calling or emailing the Platte River Fly Shop. When contacting us regarding a return you should provide the following: customer name, date of purchase, item purchased (with serial number if applicable) and nature of the problem. All defective products will be accepted for credit, exchange or repair, at Platte River Fly Shops' discretion, when received within 30 days of purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: many of our products come with a warranty. Repairs for products under warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. If you need any help with this process, we'd be happy to facilitate it for you.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges DO NOT qualify for free shipping. If you wish to exchange an item we will charge you the shipping fees.
SALES: If we put an item on sale less than 30 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 30 days, and only if we have the same size and color of the item that you originally purchased in stock.
Platte River Fly Shop ships using UPS and USPS from our store on most orders. Occasionally we will have your order drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If a product is not in stock or will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately via email. Your order will be processed within one day of receipt and typically will arrive within 3-10 business days of processing.
U.S. SHIPPING: We offer FREE UPS/USPS ground shipping on all orders within the Continental United States on orders over $75. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat $9 shipping fee. Overnight, 2 day and 3 day options available where the service is available.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an extra $20 per order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We accept orders from all international destinations where allowed to ship, however due to high rate of credit card fraud in some countries, we may request that you pay with paypal. We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail shipping for all overseas orders.
CANADA: All shipments to Canada have a $28 shipping and handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any taxes, VATs, custom duties, or any other charges levied by your government. Payment is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging with tags attached.
