Moon and I ordered something small from the Platte River Fly Shop, and there was a mistake in what was actually shipped.  In the end, Moon dealt with their owner, Mark, and he refunded our original order and is replacing it with what we were supposed to get.  He is very personal, loves flyfishing, and is a recreational photographer.
 
There are better causes in the world - protecting the environment, world hunger, helping educate Republicans (just kidding Dan) - but if you are going to shop anyway, including Patagonia and countless flyfishing brands, this is a small business with great customer service.  And free shipping.
